House of Reps ready to release funds to ASUU

The House of Reps through its leader Aminu Tambuwal expressed their willingness toward ending the ongoing impasse between the federal Government and Asuu, this comes along side other call for the warring parties to shield their sword in the interest of the student and nation
“Let me use this opportunity to appeal to both the Executive arm and the authorities of ASUU to quickly resolve the problem. If there is need for any appropriation, the House will expeditiously assent to it in the interest of our students and the nation.” The Speaker spoke in Abuja when he received a briefing on the update of the ASUU strike from the Aminu Suleiman-led House Committee on Education.
