HELP!!!!!!!!!!

hi people help me out with this friends story

Name withheld, she said she met a guy as far back as 2008, it was not love at first sight, but over a week they met had lunch sometimes, dinner and it was going on well. after a week he said the "I love You word" ( i can see the grin on your face)... she was drawn far aback that how possible is it for a guy to tell you i love you in just one week and she began to doubt his intentions, he invited her over to his place several times but she kept giving excuses of work, however if it was a restaurant she dint really give so much excuses, time past and she started loving the guy very well as he was very romantic as to the candle light dinner and movies at the cinema as well as some crazy adventures they went for, he had even booked them for a week getaway to S/A just for change of environment, well she turned down the offer because of work but this guy does not really believe in religion.
There is this other guy who is also interested in her, not the romantic type, he also can take care of his woman but, he is very churchy, and  not as rich as this other guy, most times he invites her to church while shes expecting to be invited to dinner. this church guy has not asked her out but at least has shown intentions.
Now she is 29 and dosnt know who to choose, the guy who is fun and is ready to do anything or the church guy who isnt that rich, time is running out for her and shes hearing rumours that the rich fun guy has alot of girls hanging around him, some even ready to propse to him, but he said hes patient for her, and so is the church guy. the last issue is that her mother is sick and the rich guy has been helping out a lot. she at a dilemma between future wealth and God or present happiness with wealth and fun. shes claims to love both of them.
What should she do?
