Governor Fashola Before and After

“I am older than him” Segun Arinze’s ex wife,

Segun Arinze EX-wife tells her story of her new found love
Excerpts:
    • What really happened in your previous marriage?
I cannot tell what exactly happened but you see I remember when I was still in secondary school, I use to gather my friends in Gboko Benue State telling them that my bed will be made of iron and look like the ones we see in magazines and what have you. I had a queen thing in my head. But my ex was a lot older. He did not really give me all those sweet things that I fantasized about. I left my ex-lover because of the differences we had, at a time I found out I could not continue with the relationship so I had to opt out.
  • Your husband seems so young and fresh, he’s younger than you are obviously?
Ah, yes he is, with few years. My husband and I do not share up to 5 years difference and he is not bothered about it.
  • Has he ever been married before?
No, he’s never been married, no way. This is his last marriage in Jesus name. He is the only son of his parents too from Edo State.
  • Do you regret your first marriage?
Regret it? My daughter is taller and finer than I am. She is the headgirl of her school. In less than 2 weeks, she is going for a photo shoot. At 16, she has started earning money. She is writing for a magazine and you ask if I regret it? I thank him (Segun Arinze)!! Without him I would not have met my Silver.
  • Are you not afraid that your marriage might crash again?
No! I reject it. We have our differences, just like other couples do, but it is not enough to say, we no do again. Before we got married, we told ourselves that divorce and separation are no option.

The Drama On Rev Chris and Catholics

Incase you missed the Drama, here is it, Rev Chris Okotie said something about catholics and going to hell then catholics responded, then he has now responded
Read Below

”All Catholics in the world will go to hell because they worship Satan and are led by an Anti-Christ Pope who is a friend to the devil.

They are not Christians and have never been. They don’t know Jesus. They believe that
when they eat bread on Sundays, they are eating the body of Jesus. It’s ritual. The pope is an Anti-Christ and the Catholic church will soon declare for Satan. This is the end of times..

“They don’t believe in heaven. They believe in purgatory, the purgatory that they invented,”       Okotie said.
“That church, the Catholic church has been there for Satan and at the right time, they will declare for Satan,”Okotie said.

Strike Continues

Photo: Lecturers plan to continue the strike despite the sack threat
Striking lecturers on Tuesday insisted that they would not return to class as directed by the Federal Government.
The Supervisory Minister of Education, Mr. Nyesom Wike, on Thursday had directed the striking teachers to return to work on or before December 4 or face dismissal.

Yesterday it was made known that the ultimatum deadline had been shifted to Monday so the lecturers could participate in the burial of a former President of ASUU, Prof. Festus Iyayi on Saturday.
Wike also urged the authorities of all the nation’s public universities to open attendance registers for the returning workers.

Still on Tuesday, the protesting lecturers under the auspices of the Academic Staff Union of Universities vowed that the sack threat by the FG would not stop the lingering strike.

The LASU chapter chairman of the union Dr. Adekunle Idris, speaking with journalists after the congress, said they decided to continue the strike until the Federal Government met their demands.

The congress, he said, also resolved that no member of the union would sign the attendance register in the institution.

Commenting on the sack threat, he said the branch was not only committed to the industrial action but also supportive of the decision of the national body to press for proper funding of education.

His OOU counterpart, Dr. Nasir Adesola, said the union would not succumb to the threat by the Federal Government to sack the lecturers.
