BEIJING(AFP) China  has today formally adopted a policy that will enable its citizens have two children instead of one child which had been the practice before now, where Chinese citizens were not permitted to have more than one child

The measure was passed by the country’s top legislature, the standing committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), The Xinhua News Agency Reported

  People have been asking for my view, believe you me i wasted my sleep because of the awards, it was the worst awards i have ever watched, from the lighting, to the songs choosen by artiste, there was also no crowd feel, the presenters Dr sid and Tiwa tried, but sorry they dint do enough, the performances also were nothing to write home about.

 

Personally i guess they tried to be perfect and ended up overdoing and spoiling this years Headies, to me its a 10%
