11-Year-Old Arrested For Allegedly Bringing Handgun, 400 Rounds of Ammo to School>>>>www.stale.com
11-Year-Old Arrested For Allegedly Bringing Handgun, 400 Rounds of Ammo to School
From the sounds of it, this week's—let alone this year's—painfully long list of school tragedies nearly grew by one on Wednesday. Here's NBC News with the details of a close call in Washington:
An 11-year-old Washington state boy was arrested after bringing 400 rounds of ammunition, several knives and a handgun to school on Wednesday, police said.

Frontier Middle School, in Vancouver, Wash., was locked down for about two hours after ammunition was found at around 9:20 a.m. local time (12:20 p.m. ET). The student was interviewed by detectives and later arrested on a count of attempted murder, police said. No injuries were reported. The boy was booked into Clark County Juvenile Detention Center later Wednesday.
Roughly 900 students attend the middle school, and another 600 attend the elementary school that sits adjacent to it. It's unclear whether the weapons and ammunition were found on the boy's person, or if police simply found evidence linking them to the student. Regardless, the incident is the latest to have schools and parents on edge around the country this week. It occurred one day after a 14-year-old boy allegedly killed a teacher in a Massachusetts high school before dragging her body into the woods behind the school, and two days after a 12-year-old boy in Nevada gunned down a teacher on school grounds before killing himself.

about tailors disappointing how many of your clients have been disappointed thus
far?
For now none, I stay with them till they are done, so they don’t
alter the design and they come out correctly.
Do you think more
funding should be giving to fashion designers and who should give them?
Federal government and private bodies should have a little
portion for them, because all youths are interested in fashion.

REVEALED!! Nigerians Drink 8bn packaged water daily
Nigerians consume N8bn packaged water daily —NAFDAC DG
October 24, 2013 by Maureen Azuh

Director-General of NAFDAC, Dr. Paul Orhii.
The Director-General, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, Dr. Paul Orhii, has said that Nigerians consume bottled and sachet water worth N8bn daily.
According to him, this accounts for the high number of people getting into the business of packaged water production, and underline the need for the agency to regulate activities within the sector.
Orhii spoke at a stakeholders’ forum organised by the Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Group of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lagos on Wednesday.
“Water consumption amounts to N8bn per day in Nigeria, that is, talking about bottled water only, not taking into consideration other uses and with a population of about 160 million people; it is a very good business. Everybody will want to get into it and so there is a need for training,” he said.
Orhii said NAFDAC was closely monitoring the business to ensure that quality was not compromised, adding that the agency was sometimes stringent on its requirements for product certification in order to discourage those who did not meet the required standards.
According to him, the agency has also concluded plans to begin the certification of chemical dealers after giving them basic trainings on the dangers of some chemicals to human health.
Speaking on the challenges of the agency, Orhii said counterfeit drugs remained the major problem confronting NAFDAC and the nation at large.
He said Nigeria was susceptible to fake drugs due to its large population, dependence on imported goods and porous borders, and urged the people to report suspicions of illegal production of goods around them as consuming uncertified products could have dangerous consequences.
The President, LCCI, Mr. Goodie Ibru, said the forum was organised to enable stakeholders to meet with the regulators on how to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
Ibru said a good regulatory environment was crucial to the operations, viability and profitability of businesses in the country.
He said, “Recently, we received complaints from companies bordering on regulations, monitoring and compliance. We also conducted a survey on the activities of some public regulatory agencies, including NAFDAC.
“It was discovered that businesses are increasingly at the receiving end mostly in the areas of delay in registration and certification of products, multiplicity and arbitrary charges, frequency of visits that come with costs to the companies and overlap of functions with other agencies.”
Reacting to the complaints, Orhii said NAFDAC had put certain measures in place to alleviate the long process of product certification by establishing a small business support desk within the agency.
He urged business owners to take advantage of the support desk as well as the online services of the agency.

Yaya Toure calls on UEFA to take action after he is racially abused against CSKA Moscow
By Phillip Eta on October 24, 2013
Manchester City midfielder Yaya toure, has asked UEFA to action, after he was racially abused at CSKA Moscow’s Khimki Arena by the club’s fans, during their 2-1 win on Wednesday. The Ivorian was clearly angry at the monkey taunts he recieved from some CSKA fans and called the attention of the match referee to the inclident.
“I told the ref,” he said. “I think it was unbelievable and very sad. We want to stop that.
“I think UEFA have to do a lot to try to stop it. Maybe close the stadium for a couple of games. As an African player, it is always sad when you hear something like that. I’m not just disappointed, I’m furious.
“For me, as captain, I was wearing an armband which said ‘no to racism’ and I was totally disappointed.
“I want to see UEFA do something and take some action.
“We have to be as strong as possible otherwise they will continue like that. Maybe they could ban the stadium, I don’t know, for a couple of years or a couple of months.
“The club may say they have to educate the fans, but I think it’s enough. Too much is too much. We have to stop it now.
“I don’t know it just happens in football. It’s unbelievable. They’re stupid, they’re just stupid. UEFA have to take action to right it otherwise I think they will just continue.”

...IT DOZ .NoT MATA!
Psalm 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.2But his delight is in the law of the Lord;and in his law doth he meditate day and night.3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;his leaf also shall not wither;and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous:but the way of the ungodly shall perish.(KJV)
