BEIJING(AFP) China has today formally adopted a policy that will
enable its citizens have two children instead of one child which had been the practice
before now, where Chinese citizens were not permitted to have more than one
child
The measure was passed by the country’s top legislature, the
standing committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), The Xinhua News
